Registration fees

Registrations will be accepted until 10 SEPTEMBER 2010. Registration link will be disconnected at 6PM (Central European Time).
After this date, only on-site registration will be allowed if places are still available.
Please note that in that case, the full conference kit cannot be guaranteed.

Fees are in Euros (€) - V.A.T. 20% included. Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

Please send proof of your STUDENT status by email or by fax (0039 049 651320). Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

CLEF 2010 Accompanying Persons

IMPORTANT NOTE: the Conference and all social events are open to pre-registered participants only, however if you wish to bring a guest, you must reserve in advance in order to avoid any delay on site. Please send an email to registration@sistemacongressi.com before September 10th stating name and surname of your guest (and the events you are interested in) so that we will provide him/her with a badge.

You will pay directly at the conference venue on your arrival (cash only) the following fees:

  • For  Monday 20th Social events € 40,00
  • For Tuesday 21st Social event € 60,00
A maximum of 20 bookings will be accepted.
Please remember that accompanying persons are not allowed to attend scientific sessions, neither lunches nor coffee breaks at the Conference venues.

Wireless Internet Connection

Wireless Internet access will be available through the University for CLEF attendees. However, for security reasons the current Italian government laws require that a copy of an attendees passport be furnished to gain wireless access to the Internet. Anyone planning to use the wireless connection at the University should send a scanned copy (.ps or .pdf) of their passport to registration@sistemacongressi.com with subject line "Request Wireless Connection CLEF10". Attendees may also present a scanned copy of their passport on-site at the registration desk, however, e-mailing it ahead of time will simplify the process and save time – no copy machine or scanner will be available on site.

Payment

The fee must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard ) or bank transfer. On-line payments are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Please specify “CLEF 2010”, your name and family name as a description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by remitter.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.
Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to your address.

Registration Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank’s information.
Refund of fees, less € 25,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 27 August 2010. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference.

Le Pubbliche Amministrazioni che iscriveranno i propri dipendenti, per poter usufruire dell'esenzione IVA ai sensi dell'art. 10 del DPR 633/72 - come modificato dall'art.14, comma 10 della legge 24 dicembre 1993, n. 537 - dovranno inviare via fax (049 651320), unitamente alla stampa dell’e-mail di riepilogo dell’iscrizione, una dichiarazione (contenente tutti i dati fiscali dell’Ente, nome del dipendente e titolo del congresso) in cui si specifichi che il partecipante per cui viene pagata la quota d’iscrizione è un loro dipendente autorizzato a frequentare l’evento.
Si accettano anche autocertificazioni, con documento di identità allegato, contenenti le stesse informazioni
La fattura verrà così intestata all'Ente di appartenenza.
Non verranno accettate richieste di modifica delle fatture già emesse o di rimborso dell'IVA versata.

 

 

How to Register

First you need a Personal Identification Number and a Password to carry out your on line registration.
Please click the underneath link and fill the form to get your PIN.

Once you receive your PIN and Password by email from registration@sistemacongressi.com follow the instructions you find in the email to proceed with the registration.

A LOG IN page will appear, where you will enter your PIN and PIN and Password.

What will then appear?
First, a summary of your personal data to be confirmed, then the REGISTRATION page where you will have to choose your registration fee.

Upon completing the online registration form, a second e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address from registration@sistemacongressi.com with the summary of the selected options and the total amount to be paid.

After you completed your online registration, it will not be possible to access the online form again; changes can only be made by requesting them by email to registration@sistemacongressi.com

PLEASE NOTE THAT ON-LINE REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION (if requested) SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME, AS YOUR PIN CANNOT BE USED MORE THAN ONCE.

How to book your hotel 

Participants wishing to make their hotel reservation through our booking service are kindly asked to follow the instructions on the on-line registration form. In this case, your reservation must be guaranteed by an advance deposit corresponding to 1 night stay. No booking is possible without this payment; it will be deducted from the final bill, to be paid directly at the hotel. A receipt for your full stay will be issued by the hotel itself upon departure.

Reservations through Sistema Congressi will be accepted until 19 July, 2010; after this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed. A hotel voucher with full details about your hotel will be sent by e-mail in due time.

The first come, first served standard will be applied.

Hotel cancellations
Reservation changes will only be possible before the hotel voucher has been sent. After that, Sistema Congressi reserves the right to charge additional € 25,00 for reservation changes.
No-shows might be charged for the entire stay, depending on the hotel cancellation policy.
