Badges

Badges must always be visibly worn during the scientific session, coffee breaks and lunches at the Conference Venue.
Badges for accompanying persons do not grant access to the Conference rooms, nor to the food & beverage area.

Certificate of attendance

Certificates will be given to all registered participants at the Registration Desk on the last day.

Wireless Internet Connection

Wireless Internet access will be available through the University for CLEF attendees. However, for security reasons the current Italian government laws require that a copy of an attendees passport be supplied to gain wireless access to the Internet; furthermore you'll be requested to sign an Italian contract for the use of the University wi-fi system. Anyone planning to use the wireless connection at the University should send before September 10th a scanned copy (.ps or .pdf) of their passport to registration@sistemacongressi.com with subject line "Request Wireless Connection CLEF10". Attendees may also present a scanned copy of their passport on-site at the registration desk, however, e-mailing it ahead of time will simplify the process and save time.

Coffee Breaks and Lunches

Coffee breaks and lunches will be served free of charges at the Conference to fully registered participants wearing their badges.
Please note that vegetarian dishes will be on daily menu; for other special needs, we will try to serve a great variety of food so that it will be easier for you to get some alternatives in case of special diet restriction.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying Persons must be registered!
They are not allowed to attend scientific sessions, neither lunches nor coffee breaks at the Conference venues but can join the Conference attendees at the social events.
Check the Registration and Accommodation links on this website for bookings and special fees.
